Znowu po jakimś czasie przynosimy wiadomości o nowej instalacji. Tym razem chodziło o instalację urządzenia odpylającego FT 615 3 kW z automatycznym włączaniem do piły wielkoformatowej w firmie Murtfeld plasty, s.r.o.

To nietypowe rozwiązanie, kiedy po włączeniu piły automatycznie włączy się również odpylanie, zostało zaprojektowane bezpośrednio dla firmy Murtfeld plasty, s.r.o. Firma Murtfeld zajmuje się projektowanie i przeróbką technicznej masy plastycznej dla wykorzystania w przemyśle i jest jednym ze światowych producentów profili ślizgowych, prowadnic łańcuchów i rzemieni, napinaczy łańcuchów oraz abrazji wytrzymałych części plastikowych o właściwościach ślizgowych. Jesteśmy przekonani, że z urządzeniem odpylającym Adamik będą zadowoleni podczas cięcia i obróbki masy plastycznej.

We have recently completed the installation of the press in company AMBIence expo, s.r.o. in Adamov. This company focuses mainly on production of luxury stands at exhibitions throughout Europe, Russia and the Middle East. Their credo is perfect quality and purity of design.

Due to work with large format materials it was necessary to design the press which would suit the needs of the company. For this reason the atypical membrane press with rubber membrane was built. After a short testing the company made sure that working with our press is easy and it can help them to move forward.

The spray dry wall with double filtration for water-based paints was also installed. We have helped to solve a wide-belt sanders extraction including edge banding.

We thank company Ambience expo for excellent cooperation during the contract implementation. We believe that they will succeed on the international stage as before!

Company AQ, Ltd. from Litovel has been developing and producing loudspeakers for many years. They sell them under their own brand AQ-acoustique Quality. The loudspeakers can be produced in a cool style but sometimes you need to invest in new technologies. It was one of the reasons why the company decided to purchase the venner press ADAMIK AP 300/130/25.

The problem appeared during the installation. After our arrival we found out that we had to move the press on the second floor through the window. But how to do it? Our employees are very smart and they cope with every situation. Finally we succesfully placed the veener press in the second floor of the workshop and put it into operation.

Our good customer, the company EXX Stone, has focused on realization of interiors with the use of corian for many years. This material is produced from the natural minerals and is becoming more and more popular among Czech and foreign designers. This trend is also reflected in the increasing demand for technologies for processing of Corian.

Forming of Corian can be performed (for example) via membrane press ADAMIK with a transparent silicone membrane provided with the top hat 500 mm and with the heat resistence 230 °C. This type was used by the company EXX Stone when they implemented one of the more demanding 3D contracts. This realization took place in a luxury hotel Antonie in Frýdlant. How was it successful? Judge for yourself!

Mr. Slavomir Peterka from the family joinery in Košumberk asked us for help with a solution to extraction of waste in his workshop. After the telephone conversation we met in his carpentry workshop, checked the working area and started designing optimal solutions to the problem.

Under the circumstances where the workshop was also equipped with a briquetting press, a filtration unit was the only choice. After a few building adjustments and relocation of the press to the desired place we could start with the implementation of the unit. Regarding the distances and concurrence of machines we decided to use a transport ventilator with these parameters; 6 800 m3/h, underpressure 3000 Pa and only 3 kW motor.

Mr. Korab bought vacuum veneering press ADAMIK AP 300/130/25 a few weeks ago. He uses the press not only for conventional veneering but also for pressing the high gloss Formica. The results are much better than by using standard multi desk press. Mr. Korab has also first experiences with pressing the layered material. We have a good feeling when our client is satisfied with our device. We wish good luck to whole team.

Another successful installation of the FT 630 4 kW dust collector with an automatic cleaning sequence took place in the company at Truhlářství Krejčí in Hanušovice in Šumpek disctrict.

It is dust collector placed inside the workshop and working with 5 woodworking machines. Joinery workshop Krejci has long-term experiences in this industry, from production of stairs, doors, windows, kitchens to supplying complete equipment for the timbered cottages, etc. We wish Mr. Krejci good luck and success..

In cooperation with Mr. Švestka from PANAS company, we implemented the extraction of the most modern SCM nesting line in the appreciated construction company SMP CZ, a.s. The nesting line is intended for the production of molds for bridge structures. Due to the demanding capacity of the machine, we used an atypical solution containing two fans with 9.2 kW motors fed into one filter unit.
